Police Inspector to call in to the Co-op

Hinckley police Inspector Emma Maxwell will be dropping in to the Co-op on Boyslade Road on Tuesday April 16 between 3pm and 5pm, where she will be on hand to talk to parishioners about crime concerns and crime prevention.

Inspector Maxwell, who is commander of the Hinckley and Blaby policing area, will be joining Burbage PCSO Darren Stretton (pictured) at the beat surgery in the village store.

A Neighbourhood Watch representative will also be there and so will the cuddly crime prevention mascot, Burbage Community Bear (pictured with PCSO Darren Stretton).

There will be a selection of crime prevention products for sale and plenty of free advice available for cracking down on home, vehicle and personal security.
