Report of two suspicious males on mopeds around the Three Pots area on the 29th May at 23:20. Police attended but no-one found.

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order which will mean the closure of St James Close, Burbage, on 16th June 2022 for one day.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety for Leicestershire County Council to facilitate carriageway patching and any other associated work to the highway.

The Parish Council is to plant 70 new trees, to mark every year of Her Majesty's record-breaking reign.
They will be planted on Far Lash open space, as part of The Queen's Green Canopy, a national initiative encouraging people across the UK to 'Plant a Tree for the Jubilee'

The Royal British Legion Burbage branch will be holding a family coffee morning, with cakes and children's games, at the Friendly Bench outside Burbage Community Library on Wednesday June 8 from 10am to 1pm.
Money raised will be shared between the RBL Burbage branch and the Poppy Appeal.

The Parish Council is co-ordinating two community celebrations to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
On Thursday June 2, a beacon will be lit on Far Lash green space to mark the start of an extra-long celebratory bank holiday weekend.

A commemorative booklet to mark the Jubilee celebrations in Burbage has been produced by the Parish Council.
Featuring photographs and recollections of 70 years of royal celebrations across the parish, the 12-page souvenir will be sold for £1 per copy at the Beacon lighting and at the Big Jubilee Lunch street party.
